JOHN BECK

Originally from Southampton, England, John (he/him) loves his life here in Nova Scotia. He is an honours graduate from ICT Northumberland College and was presented with awards in Academic and Clinical Excellence. He celebrates neurodiversity and proudly identifies as autistic and having ADHD.

Over the last 5 years, John has built a strong reputation for his safe, insightful and effective practice, primarily concentrating on injury and pain rehabilitation. He develops highly individualized treatments, skillfully blending Eastern and Western philosophies.

Focusing significantly on the fascial system, his detailed anatomical knowledge, instinctive therapeutic touch, compassion, and energy awareness, will help you get the results you need. He also incorporates trigger point release, deep tissue techniques, the body’s natural movement, Thai Stretch Massage, and Reiki energy healing. He looks forward to working with you and unraveling the challenges you bring to the table.
