MEET OUR YOGA INSTRUCTOR

JACQUELINE ADAMS

Yoga discovered me.

On the inaugural day of a new job, colleagues guided me to an internal yoga session. Within five breaths, the realization struck that this was the absent element in my life. A profound connection with my body, breath, and movement unfolded. I experienced a sense of belonging, grounding, challenge, and inspiration. That spark of inspiration took root, and yoga evolved into my passion. As a committed yoga student since 2008, the urge to teach and share my knowledge both on and off the mat persisted. Hence, in 2017, I embarked on the journey to become a yoga instructor.

Fond of spreading joy and humor, you’ll often find an uplifting energy in my classes. Laughter naturally emerges, aiding us in not taking ourselves too seriously.

Having been a devoted student for an extended period, I’ve gleaned wisdom from numerous excellent instructors who have conducted classes in various locations. This community feels like a second home.

Outside the yoga realm or the classroom, where I engage with Special Needs Students, you might spot me on a trail, by the ocean, or immersed in a creative pursuit.
