Hey there! I’m the proud owner of Keystone Health and Wellness Centre in Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia. I kicked off this awesome place in January 2020. Why “Keystone,” you ask? Well, it’s named after my favorite bone, the sphenoid, which kind of looks like a butterfly and plays a crucial role in your head. Just like my clinic connects different health disciplines under one roof!
